On Tuesday 16th January, we had a session on creating professional proposals. When I studied Film and TV Production at college, I made several proposals for projects but after this lecture, I now realise that they were very amateur and were in no way, "professional". So this was a very important lecture for me, as we were shown the correct and professional way to create proposals and I will now take this information and use it to make better and professional proposals for any future projects.
Later in the day, I was introduced to the Independent Skills Development module and was informed of what the module will entail. I came out of this 3 hour session very intrigued to work on this project. I was particularly excited about the photography project, as I've always had a passion for taking photographs and this module would allow me to explore this this passion further. I was also looking forward to creating a website as I had never done this before and knew it would not only be enjoyable but would also be very beneficial for me in the future.
